Thank you, it is always good to read about recent advances in treatment
May I take issue though when you say migraine is the leading cause of disability? What about back pain and anxiety/depression (with the modern additions of fibromyalgia and ELS?)
Could you clarify how this aligns with a recent BMJ1 article suggesting that triptans and NSAIDs might be more effective?
