What a great article, and sadly so true. Many practices refuse any appointment without a computer submission first (despite the Health Secretary stating this must not happen), and e-consults not allowing you to choose the problem but insist on using their list with a high risk of a divert to 111 or accident and emergency if you tick the wrong box the system is not doing as planned. I wonder if private Drs put up the same obstacles as those working for corporate-owned practices.
