AB  - Throughout 1974 records were kept of all patients seen by the medical staff at Royal Air Force Bruggen, an RAF Station in Germany. Full details of patients and diagnoses were recorded and an analysis was made of the patterns of consultation and morbidity. The method of storing and analysis the information on punched cards is discussed, and the results are compared with service and civilian general practice in the UK and abroad.
