ASC-H = atypical cells of undetermined significance, cannot exclude a high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion. ASC-US = atypical cells of undetermined significance. HSIL = high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion. LSIL = low grade squamous intraepithelial lesion.
