We welcome responses and invite readers to:

Click the eLetters tab on the relevant article page, and 'Submit a Response to This Article' (maximum 350 words). We aim to publish accepted eLetters within 72 hours of receipt. eLetters will also be considered for publication in the journal.

2. Comment on topics relevant to primary health care

To post letters that do not directly relate to BJGP articles, email your comments (maximum 350 words) and place of work to bjgpdisc@rcgp.org.uk. Comments will be considered for publication in the journal.
