    Despite these, the global progress in reduction of maternal and child mortality has been slow and uneven (Bhutta et al., 2010; Souza et al., 2014; WHO, 2005). An estimated 8.8 million children die before reaching fifth birth day and 0.5 million mothers die during pregnancy and childbirth (Hogan et al., 2010; You et al., 2010). The majority of these deaths are of poor mothers from developing countries.
