Recognizing rosacea

Abstract

Rosacea is a common disorder of the facial skin that tends to become apparent after age 30. Symptoms are usually progressive, but early diagnosis and appropriate management can alleviate patient discomfort and psychological distress as well as prevent serious long-term complications.
